To remove unpermitted metal cap flashing and vegetation from parapet walls, as well as unpermitted umbrella supports from gallery railings. To clean and tuck point masonry and install proper mortar cap on parapet walls with vcc approved mortar formula (below). Remove deteriorated floor boards and fascia boards. Install new 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). To install 4" cast-iron down-spout boots. All down-spouts shall be routed through to subsurface drainage. To repair wooden balcony railing on rear of main building. To replace iron railing on service building with wood railing to match vcc standard detail sheet no. 4 (attached). To repair all millwork as needed to match existing on all elevations.
